Buenos Aires-born Hernán Cattáneo talks to DJsounds’ presenter Nina De Man from Pioneer’s Dawn of a New Species event – the Belgium launch night of the new CDJ-2000 multi-player – held at club Noxx, in Antwerp. In this interview the South American all-star discusses his all-consuming passion for subtle music, his deep, groovy, emotional style, and his feelings about the new ways of working with hardware/software that will be available via the CDJ-2000. He also talks about playing the festival circuit and his forthcoming DJ bookings around the globe that include the mighty Creamfields.
