Scratching on the Pioneer CDJ-2000

By justin On January 29, 2011 Under DJ Equipment Rental

A short scratch and juggle session on the new Pioneer CDJ-2000. Nothing too demanding – just to show that you can actually pull these techniques off on a CDJ.

@djFlashboogie NO WAY

BUT LET’S TAKE A LOOK OF THE PITCH OF THE DN-S3700

IT HAS A REPLICATED VINYL PLATTER, NIPPLE IN THE MIDDLE, AND DOTS ON THE PLATTER, AS AN ANALOG TURNTABLE SHOULD

THEY FAILED MISERABLY

I CAN TYPE IN CAPS LOCK TOO, FAGGOT

actually scratching may never have evolved if the turntable was never there in the first place, think about it…., everyone would of just decided fuk it, why have this obscene scracting sound getting from point a-b, when u can just hotcue n or loop ?, it may have evolved on some level, but definitlly not like it has… !!

BTW….. for all the people who think turntable are the only things on the planet made for scratching, here’s some history….. turntables were never designed or made for scratching, they were made for playing records. Needles have evolved to make scratching easier. We all get caught up in BS, but scratching was started on turntable because that’s all they had back then. If they had CDJs, i’m sure they would have scratched on them.
