NI announce Traktor Kontrol S4 availability
Berlin, October 6th, 2010 – Native Instruments just announced that TRAKTOR KONTROL S4, its first integrated DJ system, will be in stores beginning November 1st. It will be available for a suggested retail price of $999 / 899 EUR, with the optional flightcase being available for $189 / 169 EUR.

After weeks of speculation and buzz around the industry, Allen & Heath and Serato Audio Research have announced the launch of the Xone:DX, a new Plug’n’Play DJ controller, the result of close collaboration between the two companies. The DX, another development in Allen & Heath’s Xone:D range of controllers, is a 20-channel USB soundcard and features total integration of the brand new 4-deck Serato ITCH software.

PVD DJ APP for iPhone
PVD released iPhone app called the PVD DJ APP, It looks pretty useful. It features a BPM Counter, Decible Meter, Frequency Analyser, Seismic Reader, a DJ check list, and a virtual glow stick (not quite sure on the last one, but the virtual lite saber still amuses me.) Currently available at iTunes
